The long summer evenings mean “shaam wali bookh” for our little ones (and us to be honest). 😋
And we’ve got the perfect snack to munch on that will help them restore some post playtime energy and contains none of the junk. The crunchy combo of oats and makhana is easy on the stomach. While the cashews and walnuts are perfect way to get them some good fat! Happy Summer Snacking! 🥰
Ingredients:
– 1 cup Slurrp Farm Oats
– ½ cup makhane
– ½ cup multigrain flakes
– ½ tbsp turmeric powder
– ½ spoon salt
– ½ spoon chilli powder
– Oil
– Cashews
– Walnuts
– Dried Coconut
– Dalia/Chana Dal
– Raisin
– Curry leaves
Method:
1. Heat oil and add almonds, cashews, walnuts, chana dal, dried coconut and raisin. Sauté for a minute.
2. Add turmeric powder salt and chilli powder, curry leaves and multigrain flakes. Mix well.
3. Add oats and makhane. Mix everything together and serve.
