First, let’s start with the main dish: eggs! I made mine with chicken slices placed in ramekins and steamed them in instant pot just for three minutes with natural pressure release.
It’s like a fancy breakfast souffle, but without any dairy. The chicken slices and eggs add some extra protein to keep you going throughout the day, while the herbs add a pop of flavor that will make your taste buds dance with joy.
On the side, we have chickpeas, fresh red bell peppers, and carrots. These veggies will give you the energy you need to power through your morning meetings and keep you feeling full until lunchtime.
Next up, we have some wholegrain bread.
For a sweet and juicy treat, we’ve got slices of apple and kiwi. And if that’s not enough, I’ve also included slices of banana and red orange.
Last but not least, we’ve got some cashews and almonds. They’re the perfect crunchy snack to munch on when you’re feeling peckish. Plus, they’ll give you the energy you need to tackle whatever the day throws at you.
