INGREDIENTS
The ingredients that you need to prepare healthy and fresh Gluten-free bread at home are mentioned below:
• Water – 1.25 cup (315) milliliters
• Vinegar – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
• Besan (Chickpea flour) – 1 cup (125 gm)
• Rice Flour – 1 Cup (160 gm)
• Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat flour) – 1/4th cup
• Oats Flour – 1/4th Cup (25 gm)
• Sabudana Atta (Tapioca) – 3 tbsp (25 gm)
• Baking Powder – 1 Tbsp
• Baking Soda – 1/4th Tsp
• Salt – 1/4th Tsp
GETTING THE APPLIANCE READY
Before you start preparing Gluten-free bread, you need to follow a few things, and these are mentioned below:

GLUTEN-FREE BREAD RECIPE:
Here’s how you can make Gluten-Free bread at home without using any egg or oil.
1. Add 1.25 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 cup of besan (chickpea flour), 1 cup of rice flour, 1/4th kuttu atta (Buckwheat), 1/4th Oats flour, 3 tbsp sabudana atta (Tapioca), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4th tsp baking soda, 1/4th salt in the bread pan of KENT Atta Maker and Bread Maker.
2. Lock the bread pan and Plug in the appliance.
3. Now, select the menu NUMBER 7 i.e. GLUTEN FREE BREAD from the 19 pre-set program menu.
4. Press the WEIGHT BUTTON to set it to 1000g
5. Press the COLOUR BUTTON to the medium crust.
6. Then, press the START/STOP button to start the program.
7. The KENT Atta Maker and Bread Maker will automatically knead and ferment the dough and then bake it.
8. Once the process gets completed, you will hear 10 beeps. After the completion of the process, the appliance will automatically go in KEEP WARM mode. To cancel it and bring in default program, just press START/STOP button for 3 seconds
9. Unplug the appliance and open the lid.
10. Remove the bread pan by turning it anticlockwise
11. To extract the bread, just turn the bread pan upside down and shake it gently
12. Cut it into slices and serve with jam or butter.
