I have struggled, like REALLY struggled with my weight. BUT, I have finally lost 36lbs in the past 5 months because of THIS weight loss strategy that I will be showing in today’s video. Following an oil free whole food plant based diet is incredible for losing weight because you will be eating lower calorie dense foods. However, we can take it one step further, like I did. My vegan weight loss journey has been up and down over the years until I decided to eliminate my overt fats (nuts, seeds, avocados, etc) from my diet and swap them out for much lower calorie dense foods, like the ones I will be showing in today’s video.
