2 Cups of idli rice
1 cup of barnyard millet / Kuthiraivali
1/2 cup of Split urad dal
1/4 tsp of Fenugreek seeds
Water
Required salt

To temper:
2 tsp – Peanut oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp- Split urad dal
1 tsp – Chana dal
1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
Few Curry leaves
1 Finely chopped Green chilli
1 Red onionfinely chopped
Few finely chopped coriander leaves
