Today I made Husband’s favorite Lapsi/cracked wheat sweet recipe. it’s simple and easy & perfect for winter.
Lapsi :
1 cup cracked wheat/lapsi kanak
3 cups hot water
3-4 spoon ghee
dryfruits
1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar/ jaggery
cardamom powder
another recipe is kids friendly but made total healthy way. I used hung curd instead of mayonnaise and to give it super smooth texture used some tricks. Vir loved it.
