Hold your jaws because they’re about to drop as i’m about to let you in on some of my favourite snack ideas and recipes that I’ve been eating as part of Project 7 my 12 week weightloss journey.

As spoken about previously on my Instagram since Christmas I’d fallen into the lagoon of doom when it comes to a seriously unhealthy lifestyle in regards to eating. ITS TIME TO TAKE ACTION. Todays video is a catch up of what healthy snacks ive been eating in WEEK 6 out of my 12 weeks in order to kick the unhealthy habits I’d developed and rebuild a healthy relationship with food/fitness.
