Favorite but the only thing is you want it all to be mixing together so you take that and you mix it around and you kind of emulsify the peanut butter and you can use that whisk which I’ve laid out here this is how Bakers get really really big arms
Right no they probably use machines and a commercial shop it’s only at home that you get the big arms okay next I’ve got 3 to 5 g of sugar substitute and I think you can use sugar but I’ve been trying to stay away from actual sugar at least uh to try to

Milk and this almond milk is vanilla flavored but I’ll show you something cool and the key is to mix it all around could you use a kitchen mixer yeah probably I’m going to add a teaspoon of vanilla extract in addition to that this gives it some special flavor and just a pinch of
Salt just for some savoriness and then our final ingredient is toasted oatmeal 200 gam of this so you just take regular oatmeal put it in a pan and toast it now you got a sloppy mess and you may need to get your hands wet and messy although the peanut butter as you
Know has a little bit of Jagger or sweetener in it now you’ve got it all mixed up you can feel free to use your Clean Hands to do that and you’re going to take a little bit of this it’s almost a exothermic reaction it’s nice and warm
And you Pat it into these nice cookies it’s a great one to do with your kids too because they can’t really hurt themselves by uh burning themselves and honestly it’s downright healthy so if you train them early and often they will enjoy this all right and there you have it peanut
