Happy New Year’s ladies and gentlemen and welcome back to the channel this time of year a lot of people want to lose weight it’s their number one resolution but they don’t know where to start but I’m here to tell you it all starts with buying the right stuff from
The grocery store so I just got groceries and I’m going to go through and break down exactly what I buy to stay lean to stay in shape and also eat good food all at the same time if y’all are ready let’s Go and the first thing I want to cover is the type of diet I follow I follow a high protein diet high protein diet is extremely beneficial especially if you’re trying to Target body fat and not burn off your muscle we don’t want to be skinny fats you notice the theme here if
You’re vegan or you’re keto or anything like that um this is high protein it’s not that so you’ve been warned I better not read a comment about it and really with my diet I try to keep it as simple as possible I’m only worried about two
Things how many calories did I eat how much protein that I eat in a day other than that there’s really nothing else I’m not going to say no to artificial sweeteners I’m not purposely eating broccoli literally uh this is what works for me and since I started doing it this
