I am preparing a very easy and interesting salad recipe today “Herb Paneer Salad” which is extremely delicious. This recipe has 2 servings and each serving has approx 270 Calories with 15 Gm of protein. You can use simple paneer or pan roasted paneer too in this salad.
It is an extremely delicious salad and you can have it in your lunch or dinner being on your weightloss journey.
There are 4 steps to prepare this salad.
Step 1. Prepare Herbed Paneer
Step 2. Mint Dressing
Step 3. Cut and prepare all veggies
Step 4. Assemble everything to prepare the salad plate
Note: I didn’t add salt in the dressing but if you want, you can add according to your taste.
