Ingredients Required:
Broccoli: 1 (whole head with stem)
Crushed garlic: 4-5
Grated mozzarella: 1/4th cup or more (according to your preference)
Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Mixed herbs: 2 tsp
Baguette bread: 1 loaf (or any bread slices of choice)
Salt: to taste
Butter: 3 tbsp
Garnish:
Sliced black olives
Sliced broccoli florets
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grate the broccoli and mozzarella on a plate, add crushed garlic, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and salt. Combine well.
Slice the baguette, spread butter, and apply the broccoli mixture. Top with mozzarella and sliced broccoli.
Bake for 6-7 mins at 180°C.
Garnish with cute faces using olives and charred broccoli florets.
Serve hot for a delicious snack.
