Swerve (or white sugar): 2 tablespoons (27 grams)
Hot water: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
Low fat almond milk (vanilla): 1 cup (230 ml)
Or just add two drops of vanilla essence in the milk if you’re not using flavored milk.
