CABBAGE SALAD RECIPE
1. Chop 200-300 gr of cabbage
2. Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater
3. Mix cabbage and carrots with your hands
4. Chop 1/4 red onion, 1/4 white onion
5. Cut 1 stalk of celery into strips
6. Cut 1 cucumber into strips
7. Sauce: mix 125 gr natural yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon mustard, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper
8. Mix salad with sauce
