Healthy Guilt-Free Mango Ice Cream – with out the use of vegetable oil or excessive cream – Lets make it with only 4 ingredients! ✨

Ingredients:
– 4 Large ripe mangoes
– 1 cup rich coconut milk
– 10 cashews (soaked in warm water for 1 hour)
– 4 tbsp cup honey or as per taste

Cooking:
– Extract the pulp from 3 mangoes and put it in the freezer
– Cup the last mango into small chunks
– Blend cashews and coconut milk
– Add the frozen mango and honey
– Add the mix to a container and mix in the mango chunks
– Freeze for 4-5 hours.
– In the first 3 hours, take the mix out every one hour and mix well with a fork. This will avoid crystallisation. After the 3rd mix , cover with a plastic film wrap and rest for 2 more hours.
