let’s just make healthy and tastiest sandwich ever I have took chickpeas that are boiled and red very well and I have mashed it at onions two boiled potatoes I have added spices and made Ticky out of it I have made four tickies and covered it with nuts to give that extra crunchiness now I have shallowed fried for it for like 5 to 6 minutes under golden brown I have took for cashia bread you can take any bread first layer is hummus then the Ticky and then the yogurt dip I’ve made at home and then cover it with a bread it’s ready
