Ranch Dressing. I don’t know any kids raised during the 80’s and 90’s that isn’t familiar with ranch dressing. It was considered a healthy dip for veggies and was about the only dressing that mothers could get to eat on an iceberg lettuce salad.

Now, however, we know that dairy is not actually healthy for us and buttermilk happens to be the base for ranch dressing. So, I have here a healthy recipe that will curb your “need” for the unhealthy ranch dressing. You can use it on salads or use it as a dip for veggies just like your mamma used to do.
