here’s a recipe for high protein overnight Chia oats super healthy so fulfilling and you’re going to love it first thing first I start by adding some chia seeds to my oats jar and we’ll soak it in hot boiling water for a good few minutes then we’ll give it a good mix and then next we’ll add some rolled oats and Add boiling water to it to give it a good mix until it comes to a nice smooth consistency mixed with Chia seeds next up I’ll add flavored protein powder and add some milk to it and then stir it till it all mixes nicely and to level it up I’ll add some mix seeds and choice of Frozen fruits and some almond butter to add that smooth texture and voila it’s ready do try it you’re most definitely going to love it
