this is two cans of chickpeas cuz I know I eat a lot of hummus so I do one4 cup of cocoa powder just the regular little Hershey’s baking powder I do a/4 of a cup per can so half a cup cocoa and I use spenda muit swe my other container I can tell already I’m going go ahead and put [Music] in I’ll put in about 5 tablespoons just start with that and then I’ll add some more to taste put in a little vanilla probably a couple teaspoons maybe a little more of vanilla and I’m going to go ahead and put in just a little bit of almond milk now whatever kind of milk you use that’s what you use I use plain unsweet almond milk that’s like the milk I have in the house so that’s what I use so I’m just going to mix this on low and then once it gets going good I’m going to kick it up and I’m going to gradually add in some more almond milk to get it to the consistency that I want
