✨Focus on what I *can* control ✨

For example:
❌ I can’t control if my picky toddler eats the meal I cook, but
✔️ I can serve a “safe food” to make sure he has an option he likes.

❌ I can’t control that there are people who rely on me to get dinner on the table, but
✔️ I can ask for help.

❌ I can’t control the timing of baseball practice, but
✔️ I can control what’s in our fridge so we have quick, healthy options to grab.

❌ I can’t control the cost of food, but
✔️ I can control how often we eat out and how much food we waste (or don’t waste) by making a meal plan every week.
