Hi everyone today I am sharing easy healthy and quick dal kichadi recipe you can make in pressure cooker in 10 minutes ingredients required for this recipe
Rice 1 cup
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Ghee 4 tablespoons
Dalchin 1/2 inch piece
Black cardamom 1
Cloves 7 or 8
Green cardamom 4
1/4 teaspoon jajikaya powder coursley done
A little stone flower
A pinch of japathri
1 teaspoon jeera
1 teaspoon black pepper
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Onion 1
Green chillies 6 slitted
Curry leaves 4 steaks
Garam masala 1 /2 teaspoon
Water 3 cups
Salt as per taste
Wash thoroughly rice and moong dal together and soak for 15 minutes then add ghee to the pressure cooker and add all masala fry for 30 secs then add onion green chillies cure leaves ginger garlic paste fry for 2 minutes then add 3 cups of water and let it boil now add garam masala salt as per taste then add soaked and drained rice put the lid on pressure cooker and cook for whistles on medium flame and let it settle for another 15 minutes that’s it your yummy dal kichadi is ready
