Enjoy A Day At The Beach With Every Bite! This Floridian Style Shrimp Salad is Creamy & Refreshing. A Perfect Summer Dish; Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 c. mayo (not salad dressing)
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 finely chopped dill pickle spear
1 finely chopped hard boiled egg
1/2 lb. steamed, peeled, and chopped shrimp
Combine mayo, ketchup and pickle – mix well – then add in cooked and peeled shrimp with egg – mix well – cover and allow to set in fridge for 1 hour before eating (preferrable) to allow flavors to blend – enjoy as is, or with crackers, stuff in a tomato, or on top of leafy greens – makes a great shrimp salad roll (sandwich) too!
If beginning with fresh, raw shrimp – place on perforated pan – CSO level 2 – placing solid pan underneath – do not mix any spices or flavoring with the shrimp at this time, set to Steam Mode 200 degrees for 9 minutes.
You also may hard cook your egg(s) – CSO Level 2 – Steam Mode 210 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
