I love to enhance my smoothies with some superfoods here I go with plant collagen, maca and lucuma but that is optional of course 🙂
Ingredients:
– 1 cup frozen raspberries
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 cup vanilla soy milk
– water as needed (about 1/2 cup)
– 1 tsp plant collagen (optional)
– 1 tsp maca (optional)
– 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
