Healthy chicken nuggets! Air fried to perfection! – Riley’s Stupid Recipes
These are super easy to make and so much better for you than store bought nugs. High protein and low calorie. They’re also delicious. I put mine in the air fryer on 400 for about 20 minutes flipping halfway. Make sure you hit them with some extra virgin olive oil spray before you put them in and after you flip them. Gets them nice and crunchy. I coated mine in bbq sauce, buffalo sauce and hot honey. Thanks for watching!
