Recipe

3 large ripe banana
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Unsweetened chocolate chips
8 tbsp melted butter
Pinch of salt

Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Whisk well until combined.

Now Mix in the dry ingredients by adding all purpose flour. Sift the flour before adding into the batter. Add baking soda, salt
Lastly mix in chocolate chips. The end result will be a thick mixture.

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, put in the mixture and add some chopped walnuts and chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes.
