Deliciously Healthy Pan-Grilled Vegetable Kebabs: A Flavorful and Nutritious Veggie Treat! 🌱

Ingredients:

• 1 sweet potato
• 1/2 cup beans
• 1 beetroot
• 1 carrot

Instructions:

1. Cook these vegetables in a pressure cooker and mash them nicely.
2. Then, add:
• 1 chopped capsicum
• Handful of chopped coriander leaves
3. Mix well and then add the following spices and additional ingredients:
• 1/2 cup roti crumbs
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp mango powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp chaat masala
• 1/2 tsp homemade garlic powder (recipe already uploaded)
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
4. Mix all the ingredients well, shape the mixture into kebabs, and skewer them on ice cream sticks.
5. Roll the kebabs in 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp sesame seeds.
6. Grill them on a cast iron grilling pan drizzled with some oil.
7. Cook both sides.
8. Enjoy the kebabs with chutney.
