Vegetarian fish sauce . It’s flavor to Asian dishes without the fish or shellfish for vegan or vegetarian such as ramen, stir fries,marinades,noodle,dipping,sauces,and more .

For cooked rice
1 cup brown rice
1 1/2 cup water

For Vegan Caramelized Fish Sauce
300g button mushrooms
100g king oyster mushroom
1 to 2 tsp garlic,minced
1 chili
black pepperhomemade fish sauce,sugar

For boiled vegetables
Okra
Cauliflower
Bok choy
Carrots
