Carrot raisin salad
Carrot – 1 no grated
Tomato – 1 no
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
Raisins black – 1/4 cup
Coriander to garnish
Oil – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl
2. Add the grated carrot, tomato, pomegranate and raisins
3. Mix everything well
