50-Day Series Finale: Protein-Packed Salad Bowl (24g Protein)
Ingredients:
– 1/2 medium carrot
– 1/2 medium cucumber
– 1 small tomato
– 1 small onion
– 1 cup (170g) boiled lobia
– 20g pomegranate
– 5 cashews
– 60g dahi
– 10g makhana
– Salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, add chopped carrot, cucumber, tomato, onion, and boiled lobia.
2. Season with salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper, then mix well.
3. For the dressing, blend soaked makhana, dahi, cashews, and a bit of pomegranate (for color) along with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad bowl and mix thoroughly.
5. Garnish with extra pomegranate seeds if desired.
6. Enjoy your delicious, protein-packed salad bowl!
