sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds,poppyseeds, coriander seeds each1tsp,
_add ghee/butter
_jeera-1tsp
_add paste+water+salt and cook
_add red chilli powder -1tsp
_adjust consistency and taste acc to u
_granish with coriander
