Makhana ( Fox Nut) – 1 cup
Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Ceshew nut ( kaju) – 3 nos
Black kishmish ( black resin) – 4 to 5 nos
Badam ( almond) – 4 nos
Akhrot – 2 nos
Kesar ( Safron) – 1 pinch of
Milk – 1 glass
Cardamom – 1 nos
Mix it well
Refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours or whole night.
After that add mixed seeds
Honey – 1 tsp
Apple -half
Banana – 5 to 6 slice
