Which #bread do you prefer?? 🤔🤔

Here are few things we need to keep in mind :

✅ As you can see, per slice they all have almost similar calories. So you can always choose “white” bread if that’s your fav. #whitebread are not fattening 😄

✅ Yes , brown and #multigrain option have marginally extra fibre and nutrients, which can be easily compensated by adding few more veggies in your sandwich or overall diet.

✅ We should not label foods as “good” or “bad”. Some foods are more nutritionally dense than others. That’s it.

✅ Your roti/rice can be easily replaced by breads on some day.. absolutely no harm.. just account the calories and macros.

✅ Adding or removing any food from your diet doesn’t do anything to your weight loss journey or overall health, it’s sum total calories of your overall diet.. over a period of time.
