INGREDIENTS
Add 1 tablespoon of yeast in one and one fourth cups of milk. Allow to rest for 20 minutes. Add four cups of wheat flour , one egg , a table spoon of salt in it and make a dough. Make it rest for 1 hour in a container with a lid on top.
Check the dough bulge. Then knit it properly. Flatten the dough in a flat table. Cut it according to your size. Make round balls and brush it with egg. Place it in the air fryer and allow it to bake for 20 minutes at 160 degree C your wheat bun is ready
