Whenever I’m in a calorie deficit, these are my go-to low calorie food items PART 29

☕️ Coffee
– Pretty much 0 calories if you’re drinking black coffee
– Helps suppress appetite and can increase productivity
– I normally find myself forgetting to eat when I’m drinking coffee as I’m normally occupied and sipping on coffee which helps
– Comes in many forms and very easily accessible

🍝 Cauliflower Gnocchi
– Per 136g: 130 calories, 26.9c 0.8f 1.6p
– Found these at Costco!
– Pretty low carb per 100g and surprisingly good
– Has a slight aftertaste of cauliflower, but they’ve nailed the texture
– Would recommend giving it a try!

🍗 Chicken Thigh
– Did you know that raw fat trimmed thigh per 100g is 104 calories whereas chicken breast is 98 calories? (Based off NUTTAB)
– So calories are actually extremely similar meaning you can still comfortably eat chicken thigh over chicken breast when in a calorie deficit
– Juicy and delicious
– Way better than chicken breast imo
