Feel-Good Friday: Savory Paneer Sandwich for the Perfect End to the Week!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
100g paneer
Salt, to taste
1/2 bell pepper (red, yellow, green)
Mixed herbs
Chili flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cucumber
1 tomato
Lettuce
Bread of your choice
Process:
Slice the paneer into slightly thicker pieces. Slice the cucumber and tomato. Chop the bell peppers into thin strips.
If short on time, you can skip the bell peppers and make a simple salad.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa, drizzle some olive oil, and sauté the paneer, bread, and bell peppers for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, mixed herbs, and chili flakes.
Spread mint mayonnaise (fat-free) on the toasted bread.
Layer the sandwich with lettuce, sautéed paneer, cucumber, tomato, and your favorite sauce.
Assemble the sandwich and enjoy your savory, satisfying meal!
