Chickpea and Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:

1 cups steamed or raw broccoli florets
2 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup carrot, finely chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup coriander , finely chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds or nuts of choice
Dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, honey, oregano and chat masala
Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion, carrot, coriander and seeds.
2️. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
3️. Toss well to coat, serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
