Healthy Breakfast With Broccoli For Weight Loss / Healthy Breakfast Ideas / Breakfast Recipes/nashta

Ingredients and recipes

Broccoli -1
cut all broccoli flowers and put them in boiled salt water for few minutes .then remove from the water and chop it finely ,transfer to the mixing bowl
onion -1
coriander leaves – half cup
carrot – half cup
garlic – 2 cloves
cumin – half tsp
salt as required
gram flour – 4 tbsp
mix everything well without adding water
than make shapes and steam them for 10 min .after cooling down
oil -1 tsp in a nonstick pan put all the broccoli balls toast them slightly
