ingredient
3 eggs
92g cabbage
34g carrot
2g salt
1g black pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 slices whole bread
Hello guys, today i made this yummy egg-cabbage sandwich.
1.let’s cut the cabbage, then cut the carrots
2.put all of them in a bowl ,add 3 eggs, salt ,black pepper and mix well
3.heat the pan over medium – low heat then add 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, add all of the mixture and cook, covered, for about 2-3 minutes then turn over and cook for 3 minutes
4. cool down and cut it
5.let’s make the sandwich, add some ketchup and taste it.
