Cucumber Millet lassi
Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 10 mins Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
½ cucumber
½ cup yogurt
3 tbsp cooked millet (can use quinoa too)
½ tsp black salt
1 green chili
½ tsp cumin powder
½ -3/4 cup Water
Method:
• Blend all the ingredients
• Add water to adjust consistency
• Pour to a glass
• Serve chilled
Notes:
1. I used barnyard millet, you can use any variety of millet
2. Quinoa can also be used instead of millet
3. You can add little curry leaves and coriander leaves while grinding
4. Millet cucumber chaas | lassi is a very filling drink
