Rustic potatoes made in the Air Fryer or oven are a delicious and practical option for those looking for a tasty and crispy side dish. Preparation is simple and easy to make.
A great option to accompany burgers, sandwiches or serve as a snack, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients: (Serves 2 to 3 portions)
500g of potatoes
Salt and oregano to your taste
1/2 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation:
Wash and clean the potatoes well,
Cut each potato into four or six pieces lengthwise, as shown in the video, leaving the skin on.
Cook in salted water for a few minutes, until it starts to soften, remove it from the heat until al dente. (After it starts to boil, leave it for 3 to 4 minutes).
Remove it, drain the water and let it cool for a few minutes, add the seasonings (you can use your favorite seasonings) and olive oil, and coat all the potatoes with these seasonings, using your hands.
Place in the Air Fryer or oven at 180º for 25 to 30 minutes or until they are to your liking.
