🛒 Ingredients:
Fresh Palak (Spinach) – 2 cups (blanched aur chopped)
Sweet Corn – 1 cup (boiled)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 2 (pureed)
Garlic – 4-5 cloves (crushed)
Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
Green Chili – 1-2 (chopped)
Cream/Malai – 2 tbsp (optional, extra richness ke liye)
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Butter/Ghee – 2 tbsp
Step-by-Step Cooking
Method:
1️⃣ Palak ko blanched karein – Palak ko 2-3 minute garam paani me boil karein, fir thande paani me daal kar finely chop karein.
2️⃣ Tadka lagayein – Ek pan me butter/ghee garam karein, phir jeera, lehsun, adrak aur hari mirch daal kar bhunein.
3️⃣ Pyaaz aur masale bhunein – Pyaaz ko golden brown hone tak fry karein, phir tamatar puree aur saare dry masale daal kar ache se cook karein
.
4️⃣ Palak aur corn milayein – Masale me blanched palak aur boiled corn add karein, achi tarah mix karein aur 5-7 minute tak slow flame par cook hone dein.
5️⃣ Final touch – Garam masala aur fresh cream daal kar ek final mix karein.
