Raspberry Lemon Muffins 🍋
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 cup avocado oil
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup white chocolate
1)Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your muffin tin.
2)Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
3)In another bowl, mash your raspberries, mix in your oil, honey, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and lemon juice.
4)Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed. Add in the white chocolate.
5)Divide batter into muffin cups, and bake for 24 minutes.
Peanut butter oat balls 🥜
Ingredients
•2 cups old-fashioned oats
•1 cup creamy-peanut butter
•3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips •1/3 cup honey.•1/4 chia seeds
•1/4 cup ground flaxseed•2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1)Lightly blend oats in a food processor.
2)Add all of the ingredients together and mix until combined.
3)Roll into bite sized balls and enjoy!
Veggie Dip 🥕🥦
Ingredients
•1 cup mayonnaise
•1 cup Greek yogurt
•1/4 tsp paprika
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1/2 tsp dried onion powder
•1 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
•2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
1)Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and stir.
2)Pair it with your favorite veggies and enjoy!
