Mayonnaise has a wonderfully creamy and tangy feel that never fails to delight the taste buds.
Here, in this easy and quick Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich, it teams up with a horde of crunchy vegetables to satiate you in a tasteful way when you are oh-so-hungry!
INGREDIENTS:
Bread Slices – 4
Cucumber – 1 (grated or finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (grated or finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (grated or finely chopped)
Mayonnaise – 2 tsp Plain or garlic flavoured
Oregano – As per taste
Chili Flakes – As per taste
Salt – As Required
Butter – As Required

Method to prepare this recipe:
1. Mix all the veggies in a mixing bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise.
3. Season it with Oregano, Chilli Flakes & salt.
4. Apply the mixture on bread slices.
5. Grill Sandwiches in Sandwich Maker or Pan with butter.
6. Cut bread into half to give sandwich like shape (optional).
7. Mayo sandwich is ready to eat.
