My Favourite Breakfast | Egg Cheese Paratha Roll Recipe
Start your morning right with my all-time favourite breakfast — the Egg Cheese Paratha Roll! In this video, I’ll show you step-by-step how to make a delicious, cheesy, and satisfying breakfast that’s quick and easy. Perfect for busy mornings or lazy weekends!

Ingredients:
1 paratha (store-bought or homemade) 2 eggs ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) 1 tablespoon butter or oil Salt and pepper to taste,viges Optional: chili flakes, herbs, ketchup, mayo for extra flavor
Recipe Steps:
Heat your paratha in a pan until golden and crispy. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add butter/oil to the pan and pour in the eggs, letting them cook halfway. Place the paratha directly on top of the eggs while they are still slightly runny. Flip it carefully, letting the eggs cook fully. Sprinkle cheese generously over the egg side and let it melt. Roll it up and enjoy your cheesy, savory breakfast roll!
