OATS CHEELA for Weightloss
Preparation time : 10 min
Cooking time : 5 min
This Recipe makes 4-6 Cheelas
Ingredients :
1 cup Roasted Oats, ओट्स
2 tbsp Semolina, सूजी
2 tbsp Gram flour, बेसन
2 tbsp Curd, दही
1 tsp Chopped ginger, अदरक
1 tsp Chopped green chilli, हरी मिर्च
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
1/4 tsp red chilli powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/4 tsp turmeric powder, हल्दी
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, भुना जीरा पाउडर
1 tsp amchur powder, अम्चूर पाऊडर
1 medium grated carrot, गाजर
1 small chopped capsicum, शिमला मिर्च
1 medium chopped onion, प्याज
1 big chopped tomato, टमाटर
Few Coriander leaves, धनिया पत्ता
Water as required, पानी
1/2 tsp ghee, देसी घी
Process :
Heat a pan on medium flame, dry roast oats.
Transfer to a bowl. Add semolina, gram flour, curd, spices, vegetables & water to make the batter. Cover and rest for 10 min. After resting, add water if required to adjust consistency.
Now Heat a dosa tawa on medium flame and add ghee and Pour the batter on it, spread it with a spoon. Cover and cook from both sides. Serve hot with chutney or raita.
प्रक्रिया:
मध्यम आंच पर एक पैन गर्म करें, ओट्स को ड्राई रोस्ट करें।
एक बर्तन में डाल लें। इसमें सूजी, बेसन, दही, मसाले, सब्जियां और पानी डालें। एक बैटर बनाएं। कवर करके 10 मिनट के लिए आराम करने दें। आराम करने के बाद, थोड़ा सा पानी डालकर एक स्मूद बैटर बनाए।
अब मध्यम आंच पर एक डोसा तवा गरम करें और घी डालें और उस पर बैटर डालें, इसे चम्मच से फैलाएं। दोनों तरफ से कवर करके कुक करें। चटनी या रायता के साथ गर्म परोसें।
