Hello everyone and happy 2020! I’m so excited for what’s to come and ready to post consistently on this channel! Here is what I eat today! Hopefully it can inspire you that eating vegan is eady and tasty! For breakfast, I had a delicious vegan breakfast sandwich. For lunch, I had a falafel sandwich with sweet potato fries (sooo good) and for dinner I had a vegetable stir-fry, my favorite types of meals to eat!!
