Ingredients
Water: 1.5 cup
Little Millet : 1/4th Cup
salt : to taste
Fresh Ground Peppercorns: to taste
Flax Seeds : ½ tsp
Method –
Wash and soak Millet for 20 mins
Roast Flax seeds and add water to the same pan followed by strained millets. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover with a Lid.
Cook on low flame in a covered pan for 15 to 20 mins.
