Here is the detailed recipe of viral cashew Custard Kulfi
*RECIPE*
1. In a grinder add 50gm of soaked almonds, 50 gm of soaked cashews and one cup of milk.
2. Make a smooth paste.
3. In a pan add 1 L of milk, sugar and let it boil for 10 minutes.
4. Add cashews and almomds paste and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add half tbsp of elaichi powder.
6. Add custard milk(2 tbsp of custard and half cup of milk) and stir until it becomes thick.
7. Cool it down and transfer into a jar.
8. Blend it well and add any ice cream mould.
9. Freeze overnight and enjoy.
10. Your delicious kaju custard kulfi is ready. Enjoy
