Hey y’all! The new year is in full swing and many of us are trying to lose this weight once and for all in 2020. Losing weight is hard, but we can still eat delicious meals in the process that are healthier for us. Plus they don’t have to take forever to cook. I’m personally getting back into my fitness after falling off the wagon in October upon relocating.
In this video, I’m showing you how to make my favorite go-to meal when I’m on my fitness journey: baked salmon and roasted asparagus. Feel free to add your own spin, or even eat seconds. This meal has 0g carbs, lots of protein, and some healthy fats.
