Homemade Egg Roll Recipe (18g Protein)

Ingredients:
– 2 whole eggs
– 1 roti
– ½ medium cucumber (chopped)
– 1 small onion (chopped)
– 1 green chilli (optional)
– ½ tsp ghee
– Salt, red chilli powder – to taste
– Ketchup (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare Eggs:
– Beat eggs with salt and red chilli powder.

2. Make Stuffing:
– Mix cucumber, onion, green chilli, and lemon juice.

3. Cook Omelette:
– Spread egg mixture in a greased pan. Once one side is cooked, place a roti on top.

4. Assemble Roll:
– Flip, cook the roti, add stuffing and a little ketchup. Roll it up and enjoy!
