Recipe Ingredients
1.5-2 cups all purpose flour
1.5 cups of 0% fat free plain greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (pink Himalayan salt is what I use)
1 egg
Everything but the bagel seasoning (I use dash salt free)
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt). Next add in yogurt and knead into a dough adjusting flour and yogurt as needed to form dough.
Cut dough into 4 equal size piece. Shape into a ball and poke a whole in the middle.
Top bagels with egg wash and everything but the bagel seasoning
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for about 30-35 minutes or until browned.
Allow to cool before slicing. Toast if desired and top with spread of choice.
